Gah! Can Mercy be anyone denser? I swear I want to strangle the girl. Everything that is happening is bc of her. She's selfish and plain stupid. If she'd just take a step back and look at everything she would see. It's only about her and how much she loves Luke. I'm tired of hearing that over and over with her monologue. Then she turns around and denies her feeling for Flynn, which is a death sentence to him. This whole book revolves around Mercy and Luke. How she loves him. How she does things to him that makes her feel guilty and so on and so on. Definitely not my favorite of the series.

There's a good action scene at the end of the book and prompts me to get the next one.  Let's how the next book is better than this one.

All I can say is Lord have Mercy! LITERALLY! I don't know how this girl keeps her feet underneath her!

First and foremost, I do care for Mercy, deeply, and I trusted the way her heart was steering her...until halfway through the book! I'm ready to scream! The fan girl inside of me that root for everything good and holy is ready to RUMBLE! Mercy is always the hot topic, on the main radar of not only a Golden Boy Angel, Luke...but also a Dark Prince Sebastian and her equal in every way, Demon resident hottie Flynn. Sprinkle in a little Paul and you've basically got the hole team. But with Paul under a spell, and Flynn steering clear of her, Mercy has all the time in the world to swoon over Angel boy.

Definate twists, and unpredictable turns. I found myself in awe, in tears and nearly willing to snap my kindle in half. I'm Team Flynn, so don't even get it wrong, I'm all about Angel boy and happiness, but not with our girl---I mean, Flynn's girl. A girl doesn't want a guy that will give her everything all the time, we need a challenge, Mercy needs someone that isn't always willing to do whatever spills out of her mouth! Come on, on a heart racing meter, Flynn takes that cake, no questions asked.

I can't handle Luke, and I *HOPE* that's unforeseen angle... I will rip my eyes out if Flynn doesn't have a freakin' chance in the next book, ESPEICALLY after the heart stopping ending! How can Mercy deny him any longer?!?

I was blindsided, taken completely off guard....Shannon did you really have the melons to really axe that one off??!!! Let me tell you, if I feel a swift 'nevermind all is well in paradise' snafu, I'll really break a reading device.

I need to see the light at the end of the tunnel, I'm itching for MORE! These characters *cough*Flynn*cough* stay with you and leave you wanting more. The Cambions series doesn't disappoint, and I'm sitting pretty for more!! If you haven't picked these up yet, might as well drown yourself in a shallow puddle for denying yourself the simplest pleasures in life, like Flynn's sexy sarcasm and rude gestures that leave you wanting more.
To tell you the truth, I read this book because of Flynn. I had to know what happened after how book two ended and the heartbreaking scene.

I don't really love this series. At all! The only reason I'm even continuing it is, of course, Flynn. Flynn, to me, is the most real out of all the characters. I'm not say this because he may be good looking with the bad boy attitude as all. I'm saying this because I believe Flynn is real in everything he says and does.

But he is also really stupid in falling for annoying, stupid Mercy. I particularly have ZERO clue as to why there are so many guys after her. Granted, some are after her for self gain but to actually garner feelings for? I don't get it. Every time I see Mercy having to choose between Luke and Flynn I think you can have Luke, I'll bond with Flynn and keep all your messed up head case and horrible decision making for yourself. She just irks me throughout the whole series!

I really thought Angel of Mercy was going to be the last book. I was hoping (and praying) that Mercy would get her head out of her butt and choose the right guy and actually did something right other than putting everyone in trouble. But sadly, no. All she kept doing was crying, yelling, getting angry, not paying attention and getting herself in the worst situations possible. Half the time I kept thinking, this girl is purposely trying to kill herself so she can get some male attention *-.-

I honestly have no clue as to why I am even reading this series. Every spelling mistake and grammatical error made on every single page made me want to chuck my across the room and burn it to ash and bang my head against the wall until I ended up with a concussion. I am just a little peeved as to why this series is continuing. If you cut out all of Mercy's bad decisions and nonsense and all the scenes she is left crying, getting angry and all the times she misjudges herself throughout the book, that half could have been used to actually finish the series.
Just as good as the last 3 books. I did say in my last review for book 2.5 that I didn't see why you would need to read it and I can understand why you would want to now. It just helps to clear things up better when certain stuff happens/takes place in this one. You still don't need to read it but I didn't mind the extra advantage in having the background information make sense with what was currently going on.

The only things that this book lacked was staying more focused on the characters. I felt like they were a little all over the place. The story line too. Nothing a good beta and re-edit couldn't fix.

I'd recommend and would tell everyone about it. Off to book fours the suspense is killing me!
